How to master the social media audit: Understanding what, why and when

Join us for episode one of our five-part podcast series ‘How to master the social media audit’.

SoCrowd Managing Director James Bird, will be joined by trusted social media advisor Luan Wise for our first Inspired Social LinkedIn series. They’ll be discussing all aspects of the social media audit, from defining what it is, the metrics to track, competitor benchmarking, to finding those insight-driven learnings and how to apply them to your social media activity.

As social media permeates more of your organisation, it’s easy to lose track of what accounts you own, who has access to them and how they’re performing. That’s why taking the time to do a social media audit at least once a year is crucial to stay on top of your most public brand assets.

While there’s no right or wrong way to do a social media audit, having a structure and process certainly helps you to stay on track. We’re here to give you the confidence to conduct an in-depth social media audit and smash your social media goals in 2023.

In this episode, we’ll be going back to basics and starting from the very beginning, helping you understand the ‘what, why and when’ of the social media audit.
