BECG, in association with SoCrowd, conducted a benchmarking study of digital communications in the built environment sector. As a social media management platform provider, we saw first-hand just how important the adoption of digital channels were during the pandemic. We wanted to see just how much things have changed for organisations.   

We are passionate about championing excellence in communications within the built environment and whilst technological innovation is a cornerstone of the sector, we believe there is progress to make in digital communications. 

At the start of 2022, we conducted a benchmarking study to review and highlight the use of digital tools, platforms and technologies amongst digital marketeers working across built environment sectors. As digital transformation is pushed higher on the leadership agenda, we envisage returning to this in 12 months to review change and showcase areas of progress.
